Ryan, it's from Paul Sharits' T,O,U,C,H,I,N,G, where the soundtrack is the word 'destroy' repeated ad nauseum so that it sounds like you're hearing different words within it after a while (check out the link above). The images are mostly neon-colored flicker frames, but the few frames (which get repeated over and over, in patterns, pos. or neg.) are of the guy above, a poet named David Franks. Another verbal joke: the film 'spells out' the title one letter at a time over the course of the 12m running time; 'touching' of course includes the word 'ouch' within it, which applies nicely to a film that may cause seizures in photosensitive epileptics, has countless repetitions of the word "destroy" as its sole soundtrack, and features images of poets about to scissor their own tongues.

If you get involved with any film societies or whatever in Athens, it may be worth looking into renting a print of this film. It's available from Film-Makers' Coop for $30.00.
